澳洲绿色建材和建筑Green Star& PVC Credit

绿色建材PVC Credit认证 产品涉及管道、接头、电线、地板、建筑模板等,符合认证才有机会参与绿色建筑项目的竞标和应用。澳洲绿色建筑委员会(GBCA)于2003年对建筑材料制定有关聚氯乙烯(PVC) 制定限制要求:
•PVC生产概述; 在建筑环境中使用PVC的要求;
•审查与PVC相关的生命周期评估(LCA)和常见的功  能使用替代方法建筑应用;
•PVC行业与对PVC及其对环境或健康的影响有关的行为。
Green Star PVC Credit
Since first published in 2003, Green Star rating tools included a 'Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Minimisation' credit to encourage the minimisation of PVC in base building and interior fit out applications. The 'PVC Minimisation' credit was included in the first Green Star rating tool, Green Star - Office Design v1, and has featured in all subsequent tools. The Best Practice Guidelines for PVC in the Built Environment (The Guidelines) represent the most significant outcome of the PVC credit review. The Guidelines address opportunities for the minimisation of environmental and health impacts of the PVC life cycle. Under the PVC credit, projects can claim two points towards their Green Star rating if the project's flooring and resilient wall coverings, cable, pipe and conduit - which together account for most PVC use in buildings - meet the compliance.

新开发住宅项目新洲BASIX认证
BASIX 是新洲住宅可持续指数环保法规,是通过3个主要的指标进行评估- 水、保温舒适度和能源, 主要作用来提高新的住宅建筑的环保节能性能和可持续性发展度,  比过去的住宅建筑更舒适、环保和性价比更高。BASIX是1979年立法的环境规划和评估法(Environmental Planning and Assessment ACT 1979)的法律规范要求。
对于新开发的以及正在申请的 住宅项目都需要BASIX证书,包括:
• 独栋住宅
• 双层住宅
• 别墅
• 联排别墅
• 公寓
• 超过5万澳币装潢的住宅
• 大于4万升的游泳池
• 祖母屋(不超过60平方米)
• 寄宿屋、民宿、旅馆等
保温舒适评估:DIY方法、SIMULATION(软件能耗模拟)方法、NatHERS 星级住宅的保温性能;  
All new Development and Complying Development Applications associated with new residential buildings require a BASIX Certificate, including:
• Single dwellings
• Dual occupancy dwellings
• Villas
• Townhouses
• Unit & Multi unit developments
• Alterations & additions greater or equal to $50,000
• Swimming pools and/or outdoor spas with a water capacity greater or equal to 40,000 Litres
• Granny Flats
• Boarding Houses, Backpackers and Lodging houses

商业建筑能效BEEC证书 澳洲国家建筑环境评级NABERS
澳大利亚联邦政府已经在2010年通过立法出台政策(CBD)法规,规定从2011年11月1日正式实施。自2017年7月1日开始澳大利亚境内所有超过1000平方米的商业办公建筑在买卖转让和租赁前, 必须由认证评估师进行NABERS能源和碳排放评估,并且取得BEEC证书。评估结果需要按规定的格式向公众展示。而且每年还要参加一次复审(年审) 。这一法规的颁布旨在全面减少澳大利亚建筑相关的碳排放量,以实现其在哥本哈根会议后对国际的承诺。
Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC)
The Commercial Building Disclosure (CBD) Program requires most sellers and lessors of office space of 1000 square metres or more to have an up-to-date Building Energy Efficiency Certificate (BEEC). This is necessary to comply with legal obligations under the Building Energy Efficiency Disclosure Act 2010.
BEECs contain two parts:
National Australian Built Environment Rating System (NABERS) Energy for offices rating for the building — The NABERS Energy for offices rating provides information on the building’s energy efficiency. It must be a base or whole building rating (a whole building rating also covers the tenanted space and is disclosed if there is inadequate metering to obtain a base building rating).
CBD Tenancy Lighting Assessment (TLA) for the area of the building that is being sold, leased or subleased. The TLA is an assessment of tenancy lighting that measures the power density of the installed general lighting system

新的商业建筑绿色认证Green Star
绿色之星通过针对环境影响的不同类别评审建筑、设施和社区的等级。其中针对设计和建造的9个类别 Green Star categories Green Star assesses and rates buildings, fit-outs and communities against a range of environmental impact categories. The nine environmental impact categories that Green Star rating tools for Design & As Built, Interiors and Performance assess projects are:
