LVD低电压指令 2014/35/EU

        欧盟指令规定了产品所适用的标准,技术规范,和技术要求。产品进入欧洲,需要标注CE mark。新的LVD指令的符合性证明不需要Notified Body目前采用的是DoC -自我宣称。有关LVD制造商可以根据指令的要求加贴CE标识:1)产品符合性检测报告;2)技术文档 必须包含风险评估

The EU electrical engineering Industry (EEI) is the world's largest one (€703 bn), followed by the US, Japan and China – 20/12/13 published on Europa.
EEI is a heterogeneous industry with three sectors and numerous sub-sectors: electrical engineering (EE1), electronic engineering (EE2) and electrical and electronic components (EE3).
Electrical and electronic engineering industries (EEI) include electrical devices, radio equipment and telecommunications industries. Examples are mobile phones, the mobile network infrastructure, tv sets, power supply units, wireless routers, maritime radars, sensors, and much more. EU policies affecting electrical and electronic engineering industries (EEI) cover 3 major areas.
       1.Electromagnetic compatibility: regulated by the electromagnetic compatibility directive (EMC)
2014/30/EU, covering all equipment that can generate or be affected by electromagnetic disturbance.
IMPORTANT The conformity assessment body (CAB) is designated to carry out the relevant tasks defined in the legislation of the third country the European Union has signed a mutual recognition agreement (MRA) with Australia, Canada, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland and the United States of America.
        2. Low voltage electrical equipment: regulated by the low voltage directive (LVD) - 2014/35/EU,
covering health and safety risks caused by electrical equipment of specific voltage ranges.
IMPORTANT The new LVD does not require notified bodies to assess if products to be placed on the market comply with the applicable EU legislation. The manufacturer alone is responsible for determining this by carrying out conformity assessment procedures.
        3. Radio and telecommunication terminal equipment: regulated by the radio equipment directiv(RED) - 2014/53/EU (aligned with R&TTED). It applies to all products using the radio frequency spectrum.IMPORTANT Notified body related.

For examples LVD- DoC TCF: Manufacturer must establish the technical documentation and must keep it for a period ending at least 10 years after the last product has been manufactured. Technical documentation must enable the conformity of the electrical equipment to the requirements of this Directive to be assessed. It must include:
- a general description of the electrical equipment;
- conceptual design and manufacturing drawings and schemes of components, sub-assemblies, circuits, etc.;
- descriptions and explanations necessary for the understanding of said drawings and schemes and the operation of the electrical equipment;
- a list of the standards applied in full or in part, and descriptions of the solutions adopted to satisfy the safety aspects of this Directive where standards have not been applied;
- results of design calculations made, examinations carried out, etc.;
- test reports.
