澳大利亚认证范围涉及体系认证Quality System、绿色建筑建材认证PVC Credit/Green Star、产品认证ProductMark、强制认证WaterMark等。澳大利亚筑委员会ABCB新西兰房屋部MBIE管理或制定有关建筑规范。对于卫浴和洁具类产品需要符合建筑条NCC Volume 3 强制认证，WaterMark 认证。建筑规范第2部分和第1部分NCC Volume 1 , 2 规定澳洲标准的有关建筑建材产品的认证和检测， 客户可以选择依据澳大利亚、新西兰标准认证ProdutMark认证。强制认证WaterMark的范围包括制冰机WMTS-105、龙头AS/NZS 3718、马桶AS1172.2/AS1172.1、智能马桶盖WMTS-051、花洒AS/NZS 3662、地漏WMTS-040、AS 2887、各种阀类如 AS 1628、 AS4796、 AS5830等上佰类产品，有关更新的强制认证清单登陆ABCB网址查询。同时还可以提供广泛的建筑建材认证服务，比如：门窗 AS2047、玻璃AS/NZS 2208、防火门窗 AS 3959 BAL-40, AS 1530.4、建筑模板AS/NZS 6669、混凝土、SIP三明治板墙体、钢结构认证、焊接评审、结构审核、以及建筑房屋依据建筑规定NCC的认证服务。不仅依据澳洲规范和标准进行材料的检测和认证服务，有关整体房屋和楼宇的整体评估也包括在我们的服务范围，比如：Land Purchase & Acquisition Costs Analysis, Finance Forecast, Council Contributions, Utility Connection, Construction, and Marketing or Selling Costs.  As with all housing in Australia the pre fabricated housing will be required to meet the requirement of Volume 1 and 2 of the Building Code of Australia (BC) as well at the national plumbing code(WaterMark) Volume 3. Volume one: is split into nine sections with the first section containing administrative provisions, the remainder containing technical provisions. Volume one of the BCA is structured so that each technical section contains Objectives, Functional Statements, Performance Requirements, Building Solutions, Specific Section A.General Provisions, B. Structure, c. Fire Resistance.
